   • You are accountable for all activity performed under your account.
   • You agree not to use another user’s account without permission.
3. Acceptable Use
   • You may use Style Savvy for:
     • Uploading and organizing wardrobe items
     • Creating outfits using drag-and-drop or swipe-based features
     • Saving lookbooks and generating packing lists
     • Scheduling outfits in the calendar
     • Viewing usage statistics
     • Sharing outfits through view-only links
   • You are prohibited from:
     • Uploading harmful, offensive, or illegal content
     • Attempting to hack, breach, or exploit any system function
     • Using automated tools to overload the platform
     • Misusing sharing features
4. Ownership of Uploaded Content
   • You retain ownership of images you upload.
   • You grant Style Savvy permission to store, process, and display your images for wardrobe-related functionality only.
   • You must ensure all uploaded images are lawful and do not violate copyright.
5. System Availability
   • We do not guarantee:
     • Uninterrupted access
     • Error-free performance
     • Compatibility on all devices
   • Service may be temporarily unavailable for updates or maintenance.
6. Intellectual Property
   • All system design, code, branding, and visual assets are the exclusive property of the developers of Style Savvy.
   • You may NOT:
     • Copy or distribute system components
     • Reverse-engineer the platform
     • Modify or reuse system code or assets for commercial purposes
7. Account Termination
   • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate policies, upload harmful content, or attempt system manipulation.
   • Users may request account deletion anytime.
8. Modifications
   • We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of updated policies.

   • Your data is collected and processed solely for the operation of the Style Savvy platform, including account management, feature access, and user support.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

   • Your data will be retained only as long as necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes stated above or as required by law. After such period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

4. Limitation of Liability
   • Style Savvy and its developers are not liable for:
